Who We’re Looking For:

The Manufacturing Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor. Reporting to the Supervisor Manufacturing, this position ensures that materials, tools, and information are delivered to the right place at the right time, helping the team stay organized, productive, and focused on their tasks. About the

Role:

Assist the Supervisor, Manufacturing in daily task planning and communicating priorities to team members.
Stage materials for manufacturing cells based on production schedules and immediate needs.
Monitor point-of-use inventory and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent disruptions.
Deliver tools, materials, and documentation to production teams as needed to support workflow continuity.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual controls in work areas to support 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Identify and escalate material shortages or workflow issues to the Supervisor, Manufacturing.
Communicate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to support smooth operations.
Accurately utilize ERP systems to support material tracking, inventory updates, and workflow coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device industry or other regulated environment.
Basic understanding of inventory management and production workflows.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic production environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor, supporting operations for the assembly of catheters and sensors.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for long periods of time.
Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP software required.
