Production/Installation Specialist Fastsigns of Plaistow Plaistow, NH 03865 As a Production/Installation Specialist at FASTSIGNS, you will be instrumental in bringing clients’ signage visions to life. Your role will involve assembling and installing a variety of signs and graphics, ensuring precision and quality. You will work with tools and equipment to mount signs on various surfaces, such as walls, vehicles, ceilings, and more.

• Key Responsibilities

• Work Order Management:

• Monitor incoming work orders to stay updated on production and installation projects.

• Material Preparation:

• Prepare and process materials for lamination and mounting of graphics.

• Finishing Operations:

• Conduct finishing tasks such as trimming, applying grommets, taping, and packaging as required.

• Site Survey and Planning:

• Perform site surveys and plan daily tasks for efficient production or installation.

• Communication:

• Interact professionally and calmly with colleagues and customers to foster a collaborative environment.

• Inventory Management:

• Report inventory levels and items to be reordered to the center manager or franchise partner.

• Material Handling:

• Assist in unloading and storing raw materials, while maintaining a clean storage area.

• Workplace Maintenance:

• Keep the workspace clean, performing tasks like taking out trash and vacuuming at the end of the day.

• Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks before and after production, ensuring work orders are accurately followed and products meet quality standards.

• Task Coordination:

• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining an organized approach.

• Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in signs and graphics manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading work orders and measuring tapes.
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Sound knowledge of construction and tool use.
