Full-Time Production Team Member Deciduous Brewing Company – Newmarket, NH Deciduous Brewing Company is seeking a reliable , detail-oriented individual to join our Production Team . This full-time position involves hands-on work across all areas of beer production—brewing, cellaring, packaging—as well as shipping and receiving responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, values consistency, and can be counted on day in and day out.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all stages of the brewing process Perform all cellar duties such as fermentation management, dry hopping, beer transfers, tank cleaning (CIP), and carbonation Operate packaging equipment efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail Help manage inventory and ensure timely, accurate shipping and receiving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production space Work as part of a focused team committed to high standards and consistent execution
What We’re Looking For:
Proven reliability —you show up on time, ready to work, and follow through on commitments Strong work ethic and ability to stay on task without constant supervision Physical ability to lift 55+ lbs. regularly and safely maneuver full kegs Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude Prior experience in brewing or beverage production is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person Flexibility in a
