Dr. Praegers was founded in 1994 with the mission to bring delicious frozen food to everyone. Its not every day that two heart surgeons get into the food business, but over 20 years ago thats exactly what our dads did. Praeger’s History Responsibilities:

Responsible for compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety procedures, and regulatory standards that are established by OSHA, FDA, USDA, and Dr. Praegers Sensible Foods. Keep the work area clean. Responsible for keeping pallets neat and orderly. Transport trash and debris away from production areas. Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment. Assemble and prepare goods for shipment. Ability to follow directions. Operate heavy-duty equipment. Utilization of Redzone software Fill out all documentation completely. Support Machine operators as needed. Start and stop equipment.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and frequently push, pull, bend, and reach. Skills (required): Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual preferred.
