Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Planner/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules, analyzing data to enhance efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing resource utilization. Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and manage complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards. Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid shortages or excesses. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Generate regular performance reports and present findings to management. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production planning processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in production planning and data analysis within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
