The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting production operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing of pre rolls, vapes, beverages and edibles. Prepare and package orders for delivery and assist in loading. Support the assembly line by ensuring that materials are available and organized. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any production issues that may arise. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience (at least one year) in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with cannabis products is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate pc controlled equipment. Willingness to grow into a management role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and to lift 50 lbs.
