Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Disassemble and clean used turbochargers. Inspect and assemble rebuilt turbochargers with precision. Crosstrain in various production positions to gain a wide range of skills. Follow company quality standards and procedures to ensure the highest product quality. Properly use and maintain all equipment and tooling. Adhere to safety policies and procedures, keeping safety top of mind at all times. Communicate effectively with management to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe work practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Prior experience operating a sandblasting cabinet and operating equipment. Experience with hand tools and fine measuring tools. Lathe or Mill experience a plus. Flexibility to learn and move around to jobs in the plant. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Willingness to learn and follow company safety and standard work procedures. Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Dependable and punctual.
