Position Overview The Production Associate is responsible for performing quality checks, meeting production deadlines, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts before and after production, to ensure quality control Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery Load and unload parts and materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production deadlines in a timely and efficient manner Record and report any issues with the production process Assist other production workers as needed Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle and record inventory. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling. Effective communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Work Environment Conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware. The worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting. Requirements After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
