Production Control Clerk Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and update job statuses in the production management system
• Ensure timely issuance of work orders, material requests, and documentation to production teams
• Track material usage and inventory movements to prevent shortages or delays
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to resolve material or scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate records of production output, scrap, downtime, and other key performance indicators
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts
• Support quality assurance by ensuring correct documentation accompanies production batches
• Prepare and generate reports related to production performance, inventory, and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all production documentation and processes

Job Requirements Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a production control, inventory, or manufacturing administrative role
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Proficient in MS Offices
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards in a manufacturing setting
