Duties:

Oversee the production line Food safety compliance Adherence to all policies and procedures of department and facility Meeting daily production quotas Input material usage for work orders Print pallet tags for repack products, monitor repack pallets Verify, review, distribute work orders Problem solving Inventory tracking using proprietary-based program Enforce attendance on the line Monitor/track pallet usage Communicate with team members and department leaders Track percentages of run numbers and adjust as needed

Requirements:

At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory or lead role desired Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal/communication (both written and verbal) skills Strong math skills Must be organized, able to problem solve Ability to work with all levels of management Knowledge of Famous operating system preferred HS Diploma/GED Must be flexible with schedule and potential weekend work as needed Are you ready to take the next step?
