Associate, Production Support Specialist Position Available In Hudson, New Jersey

Analyze user needs, develop solutions for Bank’s operating systems and compliance applications, and implement enterprise application deployment strategies. Assist Bank ETL development team with deployment, configuration, and validation of DataStage code in release and production environments. Support existing and future ETL interfaces, and maintain and support existing interface DataStage processes. Troubleshoot and resolve productions failures, and performance tune releases to reduce runtime of existing DataStage interfaces. Review production implementation plans, and conduct impact analysis for new implementations on existing systems and document backout plans for all implementation performed.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering, plus three years of experience in the position offered or an ETL developer position.•ORBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering, plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or an ETL developer position.•All required experience must have included participating in all phases of the ETL process development lifecycle from staging to master data; using look-up, sequential file, funnel, transformer, dataset, CDC, join and connector stages in DataStage to perform transformations and load data; performing data extraction from sources like Oracle, DB2 and flat files; and working with IBM DataStage 11.5, SSIS Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio 2012/2016, Unix shell scripting, and Snow SQL.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Jersey City, NJ office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI
