We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lighting Fixture Assembler to join our growing team! This is a stationary, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in building quality products. No experience is necessary— we’re happy to train the right person !

What You’ll Do:

Assemble lighting fixtures according to specifications and instructions Follow daily assignments provided by your manager Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive, growth-oriented environment Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail Comfortable with a stationary, task-focused position Experience in a manufacturing or electrical environment (e.g., working with low-voltage electricity or electrical fixtures) is a plus , but not required Why Join Us?
