Production Control Assistant 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Robbinsville, NJ 08691 The Data Entry Company (TDEC), a nationally recognized Business Processing Outsourcing Organization (BPO), seeks a Production Control Assistant in Robbinsville, NJ.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Manage the storage and transmission of project documents produced by TDEC, clients, vendors, subcontracts, and consultants. Prepare final output for various clients. Prepare and maintain various reporting. Receiving, batching and QC and prep documents needed for data entry. Complete reports as requested. Other duties as assigned. Performs record keeping of work performed. Responsible for approving hours for payroll completion. Assists in maintaining production in accordance with established schedules and priorities. Will prepare volume projections for production work.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Prior experience working in a high volume mailroom setting preferred. High school diploma. Strong data entry skills and experience using Excel. Must be able to pass a background investigation and credit check. This is a Full time, position averaging 35-40hrs per week. Hourly Rate- $16.50
