Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical documents tomeasure and cut materials, handle and transfer cut rails, load anddrill rails with accurate hole locations, perform repetitivelifting, cut long rails into shorter lengths, and transfer stilesto the next operation. Additionally, load and unload pre-cutstiles, enter programs into CNC machines, and perform cutting,milling, and drilling operations.

Qualifications:

Candidates musthave the ability to read and interpret technical documents, measureand cut materials accurately, and handle and transfer heavy rails.

Experience with loading and drilling rails, performing repetitivelifting, and cutting long rails into shorter lengths is essential.

Additionally, candidates should be proficient in loading andunloading pre-cut stiles, entering programs into CNC machines, andperforming cutting, milling, and drilling operations. Strongorganizational skills, excellent communication and leadershipabilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment are required. A minimum of 1 – 3 years of manufacturingexperience is preferred. Qualified candidates must possess a HighSchool diploma, must be able to lift 10 lbs – 35 lbs, have theability to work at a quick pace, and have previous manufacturingexperience.
