SUMMARY:

Works under the close direction of Operations staff to learn how to assist the assigned production room in the monitoring and coordination of materials, and creation of labels and travelers, by performing the following duties.

SKILL & JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for maintaining materials within production room by:a.

Replenishing job materials using kanban trigger system.b.

Confirming new job is in room and staged prior to completion of previous job.c.

Requests additional materials as needed to meet production requirements.

• Prints and/or verifies labels.
• Prints and prepares travelers.
• Places finished product in hatches with corresponding label(s).
• Assists in label accountability.
• Learn how to replenish solvents from chemical cabinet as needed.
• Checks and replenishes miscellaneous manufacturing supplies.
• Assists room lead/supervisor in ancillary tasks.
• Performs cursory inspections of traveler input for accuracy and legibility.
• Contacts outside services (mechanics, QA, etc.) for needed service.
• Learn how to maintain material traceability in production room.
• Demonstrates Harmac’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect
• Other duties as assigned.
