Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistical issues that may arise. Analyze pricing structures and market trends to optimize purchasing decisions. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and supplier contracts. Utilize supply chain management software to track shipments, manage inventory levels, and forecast demand. Coordinate with various departments to align supply chain activities with production schedules and customer requirements. Develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain process. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding procurement and logistics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics is highly desirable. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. #
