As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creativity, which will align successfully in the organization.

$23 per hour What’s the Job? Operate quilt machine to produce quilted panels for use in mattress assembly. Perform various sewing functions including Box Spring Sewing, Label Sewing, and Panel/Border Over Casting. Assist in the development of Work Assembly Instructions and recommend internal and external raw material requirements. Perform preventative maintenance for assigned equipment and report machine malfunctions. Participate in plant pilots and assist in new hire training. What’s Needed? Must have previous experience operating a quilting machine. Previous sewing experience in an industrial setting preferred. Problem-solving abilities and initiative.
