 Our client in Avon, New York is looking for General Production Associates with multiple openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and basic problem-solving skills, which align successfully with the organization.

• + 1st Shift (6:00?AM-2:30?PM): $17.51/hr+ 2nd Shift (2:30?PM-11:00?PM): $18.26/hr+ 3rd Shift (10:00?PM-6:30?AM): $18.51/hr
• What’s the Job?
• + Assemble Lunchables trays and cartons+ Inspect finished packages for quality defects+ Operate packaging/sealing machines+ Maintain a clean workstation and remove waste+ Palletize finished cartons
• What’s Needed?
• + Ability to stand for entire shift (8-12 hours)+ Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift for 2 weeks+ Strict adherence to Quality/GMP procedures+ Ability to identify reject items and code/date issues+ Ability to work any mandated OT including weekends+ Ability to work in a colder environment and provide warm clothing+ Ability to acquire steel toe work shoes
