Position Summary:
We are excited to announce an opening for an Electronic Component Solder Specialist to become part of our A Shift crew in the Fairport, NY location. This role is pivotal, demanding precision in soldering while contributing towards achieving daily and quality benchmarks.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Masterfully solder electronic parts with thorough attention to detail Handle and operate machinery like hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding equipment Provide support for a smooth production flow by operating in diverse work cells Ensure the finished goods are packaged and the workspace remains orderly Adhere to quality standards and engage in efforts for process enhancement
What We Look For:
Preferably a High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year in assembly or a lean manufacturing setting Strong skills in soldering practices Familiarity with production settings and daily target adherence Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical insight Experience handling tools and basic measuring instruments
Physical Requirements:
