  Job Description
  We are a leading activewear and performance wear brand seeking a Patternmaker with strong 3D computer skills Browzwear, VStitcher or CLO.

Responsibilities:

Effectively develop pattern in 3D Browzwear, VStitcher or CLO
Manage new style creation and submit detailed tech packs working with Technical designer
Responsible for communicating fit, balance and construction to cross functional partners.
Ensure size, grading and fit consistency for development and production.
Lead fit sessions achieving design aesthetic and fit.
Foster open communication with the team.

Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Patternmaking
7 plus years’ experience in the apparel industry as a Patternmaker
Ability to creatively problem solve pattern and or construction to achieve design intention.
Proficient in computer Patternmaker programs: Browzwear and 3D
Walmart is a Plus..
Proficient MS Office, Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills
Possess strong team playing and communication skills
