This position is a part-time role at $25/hour. What You’ll Do Support all aspects of event production from setup to breakdown Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain organization and cleanliness in event areas Assist tech teams, stage managers, and coordinators as needed Follow on-site instructions from Event Leads and Producers Provide last-minute support for client and vendor requests Work efficiently under tight timelines and adapt quickly on-site What You’ll Bring Experience in production, events, AV, or a fast-paced physical work environment preferred Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings What You’ll Get $25/hour pay A collaborative team environment Hands-on experience with top-tier production setups Opportunity to work at high-profile events Quick advancement opportunities for standout team members
