Stamping Press Operator Position Available In Niagara, New York

Stamping Press Operator Precision Process, Inc. 2111 Liberty Drive, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 The Opportunity Precision Process is hiring a Stamping Press Operator to join our team. As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be supporting our high-speed reel-to-reel metal stamping department equipped with multiple presses with speeds ranging from 100-1500 SPM. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Thursday from 2pm – 12:30am, reporting to the Stamping Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press machines and complete work order travelers, lot/reel labels, box content forms, and die maintenance schedules
• Perform visual inspections/gage checks for damaged parts
• Follow non-conformance procedure for containment of suspect/defective products
• Follow safe work practices
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Experience with blueprints, micrometers, calipers, and indicators Working Conditions
• Environment may be high temperatures depending on ambient outside temperature
• Steel/composite toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection required
