ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all personnel and operations on the shift Review/alter pick list for proper items Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment Review all check lists to assure that all are initialed before transfer to Final Prep Report any process and equipment problems to the Assembly Manager Report absences and tardiness of employees to Assembly Manager Train, upgrade, evaluate and review employees, and report to Assembly Manager Organize work for smooth operations Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety and housekeeping of the area, and meeting production quality and quantity standards on the shift Troubleshoot problems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
