• Label Department at Iconex, you’ll play a vital role in producing the high-quality labels and tracking solutions that support everyday commerce.

With your attention to detail and mechanical know-how, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely—contributing to products used by millions daily. What You’ll Be Doing Operate, set up, optimize, and troubleshoot label equipment Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications Mix and apply adhesives, inks, and other materials Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance Maintain proper documentation and enter production data Collaborate daily with planning, maintenance, HR, and fellow team members Support material movement and packaging as needed Participate in safety programs, hazard identification, and continuous improvement initiatives Help train and cross-train team members and assist with documentation (SOPs, work instructions, etc.) Keep your workspace organized and clean, following 6S standards What It Takes 2+ years of experience in printing or manufacturing (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with gauges, rulers, calipers, and other measurement tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in physically active roles—lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and maneuvering around equipment Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems High school diploma or GED preferred; two-year technical degree a plus
