Shift Schedule:

Typical schedule is 4 days per week, 8:00pm – 6:30am. Days may vary (Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or Monday-Friday with mandatory overtime).

Pay:

$24/hour + 15% shift differential for 3rd shift

Role Summary:

Lead and oversee manufacturing line operations to ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising team members, managing workflow, and ensuring production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to motivate team members and maintain positive relationships across departments. Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for efficient production. Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records, including equipment logs and production reports. Train, guide, and support team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to procedures. Assist with administrative duties, including performance evaluations and policy enforcement. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
