Shift Pay:

$17.75/hour + 15% shift differential for 3rd shift hours Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Vial Packaging Production Associate supporting the packaging, labeling, and non-sterile filling of medical products. Ideal candidates bring prior production experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Typical Schedule:

Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (mandatory OT may extend to Thursday)

Training:

Conducted on 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; no shift differential during training)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate packaging, labeling, and filling machines Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear proper PPE Supply workstations with necessary materials Accurately complete and sign off on production documentation Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and gowning protocols Communicate effectively with team and leadership Support a team-oriented, results-driven environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in production or strong longevity in previous roles Ability to follow safety and quality standards Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working night shifts and flexible for training on first shift Be part of a team making a difference in healthcare production.
