We’re building meaningful experiences through vintage-inspired tech—and we need a reliable Production Assistant to help us scale. About the Role We’re hiring a Production Assistant to help assemble, test, and maintain our audio guestbook phones. You’ll work with your hands using tools to build units from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and keep production running smoothly. You’ll also manage inventory and support the customer service team with technical reports. This is a great opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts customer happiness. Key Responsibilities Build rotary phone audio guestbooks with accuracy and consistency Use hand and power tools (e.g., drill, screw gun) to assemble internal components Test phones for functionality and troubleshoot any issues Repair and maintain units in need of service Track inventory of tools, parts, and materials Write brief reports on technical issues for the customer service team Assist in streamlining build processes as we grow Collaborate with a team in a fun, flexible, and fast-paced environment Who You Are Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable using hand and basic power tools Able to follow instructions and work independently Organized, communicative, and tech-savvy Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
