Production Reporting Clerk – Remote Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Job Description:

HumanHire has partnered with one of the country’s largest foodmanufacturers and distributors that is looking to add a ProductionReporting Clerk to the team in Manorville!. The ProductionReporting Clerk is responsible for accurately processing andverifying daily production data to ensure data integrity andsupport various operational teams.

Schedule:

M-F (8am – 5pm) with rotating Saturdays Opportunity tojoin one of LI’s most reputable companies for the next 3 months!

Responsibilities:

Review daily production reports to calculate thetotal daily output and identify any errors or discrepancies Enteralphanumeric data accurately from production paperwork into the ERPsystem Verify finished goods quantities and ensure any open jobsare properly closed out in the ERP system Run multiple reports tocross-verify reported finished goods quantities and the closurestatus of jobs in the ERP system Provide cross-functional supportto the Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, andManufacturing Teams Maintain data accuracy and resolve issues ordiscrepancies through effective communication Perform physicaltasks including frequently moving throughout manufacturing andwarehouse locations to pick up and transport paperwork

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in a Data Entry oradministrative role NetSuite experience is a plus!
