$25.02/hr Responsibilities include: Performing work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company guidelines and standards; Heavy physical labor, including but not limited to tearing off quality paper off rolls/spools, manually handling off quality paper and routinely lifting and/or handling product weighing 50lbs or more; Gathering samples of in-process product; Operating a hoist to transport spools of paper and empty metal spools; Housekeeping on and around paper machines, as well as any other duties assigned; Possessing solid initiative, with the ability to be self-directed and have the capability to perform as a solid team player

Schedule Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM Shift length: 12 hours 12 hour rotating shift schedule involving rotating between 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts every 2 weeks. Work weeks typically alternate between 36 hours and 48 hours.
