Production Assistant Position Available In Allegheny, Pennsylvania

Production Assistant My Green Start National Hill, PA 15031 We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of production, including preparation, using a sheeter, frying, finishing, and packaging. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food production environment, requiring attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation according to recipes and production schedules
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Package finished products according to company specification
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including wearing proper PPE
• Help with inventory checks, restocking ingredients, and reporting low stock
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and reading skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Exposure to heat, cold, and food production equipment
• Requires use of hands, standing, bending, and lifting
