Job Description:

Seeking applicants for a daytime manufacturing position which includes the preparation of steel and aluminum using pneumatic tools in the processes of commercial sign fabrication. This position involves operating various types of power equipment and production machinery.

[Shift time:

6am-2:30pm] ⁕

Responsibilities:

Set up materials and machines based on the job at hand. Sand and prep steel and aluminum components based on the specifications. Operate machinery used in production process or assist machine operators. Assemble products as instructed by floor supervisor. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards, per company policy. Keep work areas clean, organized, and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Prepare product for shipment/installation. Manually lifting raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment/installation ⁕

Qualifications:

Reliable early morning transportation Safety-Toe boots Ability to consistently lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. ⁕

Preferred Skills:

Not mandatory Experience with steel and/or aluminum Experience with hand tools and power tools Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, etc.
