Full Job Description Summary:
Ensures quality production of both DTG and Embroidery apparel orders. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Production of all types of Apparel orders for the upcoming week on Direct to Garment and Embroidery Machines Performs proper daily maintenance on all machines to ensure quality. Unpack and organize apparel for production Understand proper operation of Kornit Atlas Keep accurate inventory of all supplies to ensure production continues Contact Kornit service for technical or mechanical issue, after all other options are exhausted. Learn proper dryer and curing settings Use of different computer programs for machine operation Download and send artwork to the Atlas and Embroidery machines Proficiency with Mac and Windows OS Ensure proper end of day procedures on all machines Proper use of Melco software to operate embroidery machines Basic maintenance on embroidery machines, daily, weekly, monthly Ability to manage workflow and complete tasks on a timely basis. Maintains neat, organized workspace Effectively communicates with fellow employees Operates in a team environment while independently and collectively working toward similar goals.

Language Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Mac and Windows OS.
Education/Experience:
Experience in Apparel printing/production preferred but not required.
