Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as General Factory Help. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will support various departments and assist with day-to-day tasks across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the shop Perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the work area safe and organized Support machine operators, assemblers, and welders with part preparation and staging Help with deburring, sanding, and simple hand-tool tasks as needed Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Perform other duties as assigned to support production flow
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
