$14.00•$15.00/hr (based on position and experience)

Shift:

1st Shift, Monday•Thursday (Start times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM depending on assignment)

Friday Overtime Required:

5:00 AM•1:00 PM or up to 4:00 PM We’re hiring Mill Production Laborers for multiple positions at our Meadville, PA facility. Whether you’re loading and inspecting finished tubes as a Mill General Laborer , or packaging and labeling product as a Tube Bundler , you’ll be part of a high-performing manufacturing team. These are hands-on, fast-paced roles ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and reliable. Key Responsibilities (varies by assignment): Load, inspect, and stack steel tubes from the production line Package tubes into bundles with correct labeling and quantity Perform visual and tool-based inspections for defects or nonconforming materials Communicate clearly with production staff to ensure smooth operation Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including sweeping coolant or scrap from floors Monitor robotic lines for jams or malfunctions Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices for quality checks Operate forklifts, mechanical saws, and/or weld as needed (based on experience)

Requirements:

Must be able to stand, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs), and work in fluctuating temperatures Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and tape measures Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when needed Must wear required PPE including steel-toed boots Preferred Skills (not required but a plus): Forklift operation experience Welding (TIG, WIG, or STICK) Experience with CNC, lathe, or machine operation Mechanical saw use Previous experience in shipping/receiving or manufacturing environments
