As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the assembly line. Train and mentor team members on proper fabrication techniques and safety protocols. Ensure efficient workflow by organizing tasks and managing resources effectively. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively during production tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems promptly. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance. Skills Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes and fabrication techniques. Ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by factory conditions. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management.
