This full-time position plays a vital role in coordinating, supporting, and enhancing signature events on campus, with a special focus on the technical and operational success of programs in the Halbritter Performing Arts Center . Working closely with faculty, staff, students, and external partners, the Assistant Director will oversee a centralized event scheduling system, manage production logistics for a wide range of events, supervise student and contracted event staff, and provide technical direction for performances and lectures. You’ll be instrumental in bringing high-impact cultural programming to life, including the Juniata Presents series, while ensuring smooth collaboration across campus departments and service providers.
