General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers on the 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. You will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products. Responsibilities Load and unload parts or products onto pallets. Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements. Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating. Ensure quality standards and processes are upheld throughout the facility. Meet production deadlines and goals efficiently. Report any issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor. Essential Skills Experience in production and machine operation. Proficiency in using a tape measure and CNC equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and operate machinery. Understanding of mechanical and general production processes. Competence in interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is desirable. The company operates two buildings within five miles of each other, each supporting different business units. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.
