Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team, with secondary responsibilities as a Backup Laser Operator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machinery to form metal components according to specifications, while also assisting with parts processing from the laser cutting operation. This role requires physical strength and precision to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities:

Operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal parts. Serve as backup operator for laser cutting equipment when needed. Assist in processing, sorting, and inspecting parts after laser cutting. Ensure materials meet quality standards and dimensional specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Safely lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs .

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience operating a press brake or laser cutting machine preferred. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and precision in metal fabrication. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
