Knowledge of OSHA and environmentalregulations Experience in production equipment operation Ability tointerpret and translate designs and documentation Trains andenforces compliances on established best practices with allpersonnel Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learnproduction equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot, adjust, and debug the equipment andproduction lines required in house or at the customer’s facilityBasic computer and data entry skills Understanding of and theability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations,to include LOTO and GPI’s 7 Safety Absolutes Visual colordiscrimination, the ability to match or detect differences betweencolors, including shades of colors Ability to work under minimalsupervision Strong leadership skills responsible for overseeing aproduction team , ensuring safety, quality standards are met, andmaintaining operational efficiency.
