Full Job Description Job Description Hours:

1st Shift – 7 am – 3:30 pm Our fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking a Machine Operators and Assemblers. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. Machine Operator/Assembler responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean work space Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management Follow established safety rules and regulations Assist the shop technicians and materials clerk as necessary Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available Effectively monitor production equipment Machine Operator/Assembler skills Committed to quality, safety and communication Team-oriented and self-directed Able to sit and or stand for an eight-hour work shift Able to use microscope Background check required

Requirements:

Attention to detail, excellent attendance and excellent communication skills are a must. Must be flexible with work hours, be able to multitask, ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
