Digital Scan Operator KDI Office Technology 20 Unico Drive, West Hazleton, PA The IMR Digital Scan Operator is responsible to scan documents for return to customers. This includes, but is not limited to, basic maintenance of scanner, adjustment of scanner settings, and scanning of documents. In all cases, specific instructions for the particular job to be worked on will be posted by the Dept. Supervisor, or other IMR Digital management staff. Essential Duties &Specific Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities of the IMR Digital Scan Operator include performance of the following actions: General

• Follow assigned schedule for shift, breaks and lunches (see attached).
• Excessive tardiness or absences will be grounds for termination.
• Review and understand posted job instructions daily.
• These instructions may change from time-to-time; it is the responsibility of the IMR Digital Scan Operatorto follow the most recent instructions. Only refer questions to your supervisor or designated backup.
• Maintain the required production rate as posted.
• Failure to maintain production rates and quality standards will be grounds for termination.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
• Neatly and accurately scan documents:
• Adjust scanner settings as necessary for proper capture, output, and optimal image quality. Maintain the order of the files as they appear in the boxes. Fan through the documents to verify proper prep. Verify that documents are breaking as indicated on instructions. Return the scanned documents to the box, then initial and date the box label. • Accurately fill out the scan log with the required information
• Accurately fill out and hand in a dally production sheet
