Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled sewing professionals to join our growing EVA team. This role focuses on sewing, gluing, trimming, and scuffing to assemble high-quality EVA products. While additional production tasks may become available in the future, this position is primarily focused on secondary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sewing & Stitching:

Operate industrial sewing machines and perform hand-stitching to assemble EVA components.

Fabrication & Assembly:

Work with EVA materials, zippers, and adhesives to create finished products.

Trimming & Detailing:

Cut, shape, and refine materials to meet precise specifications.

Gluing & Bonding:

Apply adhesives to secure materials during assembly.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Workplace Safety:

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

Experience in sewing (machine & hand-stitching) Industrial sewing experience is a plus. Familiarity with fabric, stitching techniques, and garment construction. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to use hand tools for trimming and assembly. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
