Job Description:
The George J. Howe Company is seeking a full-time Coffee Production Operator to join our dedicated coffee production team. This multifaceted role includes responsibilities in roasting, packing, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Roast and pack coffee. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Assist in managing coffee inventory. Support shipping and receiving tasks, including potential forklift operation. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (moving inventory and equipment) Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail.
