This position will focus heavily on blending spices and seasoning mixes , as well as other core production responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

Blending & Production Accurately follow blend recipes to create seasoning and spice mixes that meet specific customer requirements. Operate blending equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Maintain strict hygiene and allergen protocols to avoid cross-contamination. Blend and package stock seasoning blends for wholesale and bulk distribution while following Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs). Accurately weigh and fill bulk spice and seasoning orders for B2B clients in jars, bags, or boxes, ensuring compliance with HACCP, FDA, and SQF food safety standards. Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Refill and maintain raw spice inventory, adhering to traceability and lot tracking requirements. Track and record all opened boxes of raw and finished products per SQF requirements. Follow quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet client specifications and regulatory compliance. Conduct visual inspections and report any deviations or non-conformities to supervisors. Warehouse & Facility Maintenance Assist in receiving shipments of raw materials and packaging supplies. Properly store and organize inventory according to HACCP guidelines. Help keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Perform cleaning tasks such as dishwashing, sweeping, and mopping as required. Follow all food allergen handling procedures to prevent cross-contact. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs frequently throughout the shift. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours while performing production tasks. Comfortable working around strong spice aromas and potential allergens, including nuts. Working Conditions Day shift only — No nights or weekends! Production areas may have moderate noise and airborne spice particles (PPE is provided). This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
