The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Preco presses, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various press functions. Responsibilities Operate and monitor presses to ensure quality output. Set up press equipment according to job specifications, including creating a make ready and optimizing press functions. Perform routine maintenance. Collaborate with the engineering team to offer possible improvements to the process. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the die cutting process. Maintain accurate records of production runs and material usage. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Skills Proficiency in Preco press programming. Experience in make ready creation. Knowledge of steel rule die rubbering. Familiarity with fabrication processes related to gasket fabrication.
