Mill Worker/Assistant Mixer Hallmark Feeds Inc. 3745 Red Ridge Road, Mifflinburg, PA 17844 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mill Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing feed and minerals, loading trucks, and stacking bags. This role requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. Duties Mix feed products according to specifications and recipes. Operate machinery safely and effectively. Assist in bagging feed, loading trucks, stacking bags. Read and understand recipes and loading sheets. Collaborate with others to meet production goals and timelines. Assist with inventory management and material handling using forklifts as needed. Qualifications Willingness to learn to operate the mixer machinery via switchboard and digital scale. Ability to handle bags weighing up to 50 pounds and dump tubs weighing up to 70 pounds. Basic math skills in weighing minerals and commodities. Ability to stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and organizational skills with a commitment to quality products. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous, but not required. Knowledge of forklift operation is a bonus, but training can be provided.
