About the

Role:

We are seeking a motivated Leadperson B to support operations on our Production Main Floor. This role is responsible for guiding a team in achieving production goals, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. You’ll report directly to the Production Supervisor and play a key role in daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate assigned group in production area.
Train and instruct employees on tasks and safety protocols.
Ensure line speed, efficiency, and accuracy of production codes.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or personnel challenges promptly.
Complete required paperwork and maintain operational records.
Monitor product quality and help maintain continuous production flow.
Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other food safety guidelines

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic math skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Willingness to work overtime
Good attendance and safety record
Ability to work in various environments
Preferred (but not required):
Prior manufacturing or team leadership experience
Forklift or electric pallet jack certification
