Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks on the production line. Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety and quality standards. Monitor production processes and perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Follow standard work instructions, company policies, and safety guidelines at all times. Report equipment malfunctions, defective materials, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S environment). Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation. Support team goals by meeting daily production targets and assisting coworkers when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic math, reading, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality control procedures and tools. Forklift certification or experience is a plus (if applicable).

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
