Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Rebar Worker to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this physically active role, you’ll operate specialized machinery, handle rebar products, and contribute to the safe and efficient workflow of our shop. If you have a background in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work—and especially if you’re forklift certified—you could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as: Table benders Shearline machinery Overhead cranes Forklifts (if certified) Tag, organize, and prepare rebar bundles per production schedules. Use tools to assist with cutting, bending, and loading rebar. Perform accurate measurements and basic math (including fractions). Follow strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards. Support additional tasks as needed, including light welding and basic maintenance. Perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, standing, and bending throughout shifts.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred. Forklift certification or relevant experience is a strong plus . Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math reliably. Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move 50-75 lbs repeatedly. Stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Tolerate variable temperatures and noise levels. Willing to work 10+ hour shifts or overtime as needed.
