SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for the assembly of various types of commercial automotive seats while meeting production requirements as well as maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wear PPE as required by work area. Perform repetitive line or bench assembly operations to mass-produce products, such as height adjusters, suspensions, and complete commercial seating systems. Assemble products in compliance with quality standards. Meet daily production requirements. Maintain clean and safe workstations – 5S. Perform standardized work, per work instructions as well as follow other production procedures including Red Bin, and First Piece OK. Follow Lean principles Adherence to IMS. Various duties and special projects as required.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
